Return and exchange policy

International Orders

\\\\t•\\\\tAll international orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

\\\\t•\\\\tCustom duties, VAT, and any other government charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Orders – Within Saudi Arabia

\\\\t•\\\\tAs SEMI products are crafted with the utmost care, we provide a 24-hour exchange window after delivery in cases of manufacturing defects or if the product does not match the customer’s order specifications.

\\\\t•\\\\tExchanges will be approved only after sufficient proof of the defect or discrepancy is submitted and reviewed by our team.

\\\\t•\\\\tCustomized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

\\\\t•\\\\tCustomers have the right to request modifications to their abaya if it does not match the agreed specifications, under the following conditions:

\\\\t1.\\\\tThe modification request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

\\\\t2.\\\\tThe customer is fully responsible for all shipping and delivery costs related to any modification or adjustment.

Discounted Merchandise

\\\\t•\\\\tProducts purchased under promotional offers or sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

Modification of Terms

\\\\t•\\\\tSEMI reserves the right to modify or update the Returns & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
